To be eligible, an applicant must

be an Indian national be below 30 years of age be PIOs or NRIs holding Indian passports

Note

• -
• Applicants who had qualified for the PM-YUVA Scheme 1.0 and PM-YUVA Scheme 2.0 are not eligible for the PM-YUVA 3.0 Scheme for the session 2025-26.

The selected candidates will receive the following benefits

• Up to ₹50,000 per month for a period of 6 months.
• Authors will also receive 10% of the royalties for their books, which were successfully published.
