To be eligible, an applicant must:- be an emerging leader with 5 or more years of professional experience demonstrate leadership potential show commitment to bringing about positive change be able to clearly demonstrate what they can contribute to the programme challenge have an interest in environmental issues and addressing the imbalance between the Global North and Global South be proficient in written and spoken English

Note

Applicants can come from different sectors, backgrounds, countries and communities across Africa, the wider Global South and the Global North.

The selected applicant will receive the following benefits

• Enhance leadership skills to work effectively across boundaries and address complex problems
• Build new networks by connecting with diverse participants, contributors, and speakers from the Global North and South
• Strengthen analytical and creative skills through innovative approaches to problem-solving
• Develop influencing skills by presenting findings and ideas to senior decision-makers
