Corps Scholarship at Heinz College Eligibility: The AmeriCorps Scholarship at Heinz College is available to individuals affiliated with AmeriCorps. Specifically, AmeriCorps VISTA members are eligible for a guaranteed minimum scholarship of $12,000 per semester. AmeriCorps State and National members, as well as AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps) members, can receive a scholarship of up to $7,000 per semester. To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must indicate their AmeriCorps affiliation on their application for admission to Heinz College.

  • No separate application is required for the AmeriCorps Scholarship.
  • Simply include your AmeriCorps affiliation (whether VISTA, State and National, or NCCC) on your application for admission to Heinz College.
  • This will ensure you are considered for the scholarship.
  • If you do not list your AmeriCorps membership in the application, you will not be eligible for the scholarship, even if you qualify after submitting your application.
