Eligibility Criteria for the Institute of Design Grace Colby Fellowship

• The application is open to all nationals. It is a merit-based scholarship.
• The fellowship is offered to newly-admitted students.
• The candidates must be enrolled into PhD courses at the Institute of Design.
• The Ph.D. candidate must have a master’s degree in an area relevant to design.
• The program requires a minimum of three years of study beyond the master’s degree.
• For the first four semesters, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours at the Institute of Design.
