The CROUS Grant is available to international students enrolled in full-time studies. To qualify, students must meet social criteria based on their parents' income tax declaration. Students with apprentice status are not eligible. Additionally, to maintain the scholarship, students must attend all classes, exams, and tutorials, as attendance is monitored. Application Process Applications for the CROUS Grant must be submitted online between 1st March and 31st May via messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr. After submitting your application, you will receive your Student Social File (DSE) within 48 hours. You must then return the DSE with the required documents within 8 days. Upon review, CROUS will send you a conditional notification, which must be uploaded to myneomagora.neoma-bs.fr for final confirmation. Benefits and Value The CROUS Grant provides financial assistance, with amounts varying depending on your eligibility scale, ranging from €1,454 to €6,335 annually, paid in 10 monthly installments from September to June. Additionally, the grant exempts students from the CVEC contribution, which is typically €100. Students can also apply for accommodation in CROUS halls of residence through the same process.
