Scholarship value: Only tuition fees, up to 20% fee reduction College of Arts, Celtic Studies, and Social Sciences International Merit-Based Scholarships are provided by the University of Cork to students who have enrolled themselves in a master's program at the University.

Eligibility Criteria for the International Merit-Based Scholarships

  • Be international (non-EU) students.
  • Hold an accepted offer for a taught master’s programme in the College of Arts, Celtic Studies and Social Science.
  • Have achieved a 1H undergraduate degree (or GPA equivalent).
  • Not be in receipt of any other UCC scholarship, as this scholarship cannot be combined with other awards.
  • Value of the scholarship: 20% tuition fee reduction.

Note

Capitation fees must still be paid by all students and may change.

Application Process

No application required. Scholarship is automatically awarded based on previous academic results once the student accepts their offer in the UCC Application Portal.
