Must be full-time, thesis-based graduate students in the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Must reside in Alberta at the time the award is paid.
Master’s students must have completed ≤13 months of full-time study in their program.
Doctoral students must have completed ≤37 months of full-time study in their program.
Master’s-to-Doctoral transfer students must have completed ≤37 months in total, counted from the start of the master’s program.
Must be either: Authorized to study in Canada with a valid study permit, or Registered to study at an Alberta post-secondary institution and have applied for a study permit.
