Overview

To support commencing international students from South Asia who wish to undertake an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at UTS in Sydney.

Eligibility for UTS Academic Merit International Scholarship – South Asia

To be eligible for the Scholarship, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria: Remain an international student (not an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, or permanent resident of Australia); and Be a citizen of a country in the South Asia region (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka); and Meet all admission requirements for the selected UTS undergraduate (including Honours programs) or postgraduate coursework program; and commence full-time and on campus (Sydney)[1]; and Must not be: Studying a UTS online degree or distance degree; or A recipient of other UTS scholarships or grants, or the UTS Alumni Advantage Program, for the duration of this Scholarship, and be a government-sponsored student.

Selection process

• For undergraduate admission, academic merit is used as the basis of admission for entry into the selected UTS undergraduate program.
• For postgraduate admission, academic merit in the most recently completed and recognised qualification, or the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT Exam),
