• Applicants must: Be full-time registered students.
• Demonstrate superior academic achievement.
• Demonstrate leadership.
• Be from a developing country (as determined by the United Nations).
• Be enrolled in a graduate program.
• Be one of the following: Canadian citizen Permanent resident of Canada Foreign national holding a valid Canadian study permit Be enrolled in one of the following program types: Master’s degree (course-based or thesis-based) Doctoral degree Preference is given to applicants who identify as female.
