The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is open to first-time applicants from non-European Union countries who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or Master's program at Sciences Po. Applicants must come from a household that does not file taxes within the EU. Swiss and Norwegian applicants, as well as those with dual EU citizenship or from Quebec (for Master's degrees), are not eligible. Additionally, students applying for specific Master's programs, dual-degree programs, or the Ph.D. program are also excluded unless they meet particular criteria, such as applicants from China for certain dual-degree programs. Benefits/Value The Émile Boutmy scholarship provides substantial financial support for international students, enabling them to study at Sciences Po. This prestigious scholarship may cover partial or full tuition fees, depending on the applicant’s profile and the scholarship fund's availability. It cannot be combined with other scholarships from Sciences Po but can be combined with external scholarships, such as the Eiffel or AEFE scholarships.
