The NTU Accompanist Scholarship is awarded annually to only one or two students. It includes exclusive tuition with the university's accompanist and lasts for one academic year.

Eligibility for NTU Accompanist Scholarship

• The candidate has to be enrolled in any Undergraduate or Postgraduate program at the university.
• The applicant should have studied piano to at least Grade 8 standard.

Application Process

• Every academic year, the institution holds auditions for current students, generally during the first week of classes.

• Matthew Hopkins, Director of Music, will be conducting auditions at the NTU Music Centre on our City Campus.

Benefits of the Scholarship

If you are accepted, you will be able to participate in Chamber Choir and Choir practices as well as provide vocal and instrumental accompaniment for performers in the free lunchtime performance series.
