Eligibility Criteria for the Seiichi Waki Prize at the University of Auckland

  • Applicants must: Be enrolled in a Masters programme in Physics at the University of Auckland.
  • Have achieved the highest grade in a Masters thesis (minimum A- grade required).
  • Be evaluated as having a thesis that makes a significant contribution to the field in case of a tie.

Note

The Prize cannot be shared and cannot be awarded jointly with the Sagar Geophysics Prize.

Value of the Seiichi Waki Prize at the University of Auckland

The Prize will be awarded annually and will be of the value of $500.

Application Process

No separate application is necessary. All eligible applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarship.
