Eligibility Criteria for the Monica Wills Chapel Organ Scholarship at University of Bristol 2026

Applicants must: Be a current or incoming student at the University of Bristol (undergraduate or postgraduate) Be either: Currently studying the organ, or A proficient keyboard player (normally Grade 6 piano or higher) who wishes to take up the organ There is no requirement to live in Wills Hall, but preference may be given to candidates with a current or past association with the Hall Demonstrate commitment to organ study and practice

£750 per year, paid in three termly instalments by bank transfer.

  • Email the Wills Hall Association at wills-hall-association@bristol.ac.uk Provide a statement up to 350 words.
  • Deadline and Auditions: Applications close on the first Friday of Teaching Block 1.
