The Bob Savage Memorial Fund provides financial assistance to MSc and PhD students studying Palaeontology and Paleobiology at the University of Bristol. The fund aims to cover the costs associated with fieldwork, museum visits, and other research-related activities directly related to their studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be enrolled in one of the following programs at the University of Bristol: MSci Palaeontology and Evolution, MSc Palaeobiology, or PhD Earth Sciences (in the Palaeobiology Research Group).

Value of the Scholarship

• The fund offers financial support of up to GBP 500 per student, but allocate more awards up to £250, to cover expenses related to fieldwork and research activities.
• It does not cover conference attendance costs.

• Summarized costs and requested funds, with an upper limit of £250.
• Details of any other funding applications made, indicating successful, rejected, and pending applications.
